For a true Southern experience in Natchez, MS, attending one of Chef Regina's classes on baking biscuits is a must! The one hour class is packed not only with her showing attendees how to make mouthwatering and delicious biscuits in an easy to understand and make method, she includes useful tips for baking and tips while visiting Natchez. Her classes enhance one's visit to Natchez - they are a 'must do'!

Had a great time with Regina and learning a new method of making biscuits. This was so different from any recipe I have ever tried. Regina is very down to earth and makes you feel right at home. Her unique method of making biscuits is simple and the end result is an amazing biscuit. If you are ever in Natchez you must take a class!

We were so thrilled to be able to eat at Regina’s kitchen while visiting family in Natchez. From the dinner we had on Saturday night to the brunch on Sunday morning, everything was delicious. We can not wait to go back and try more items on the menu!

Business was pretty packed, lots of interesting people. Needs some work though...Service was not attentive, wine list by the glass very limited, menu lacked variety, food was slow and not flavorful. Brie was good.

The Saturday Brunch Cooking Class was fantastic! Five from our CCT RV group went. We were able to roll out the dough for Regina's signature Butter Biscuits, seeing the benefit of folding & rolling 8 times! We saw how to make Shrimp & Grits: so creamy & delicious! Oh, and her Sausage Gravy (for those who eat biscuits & gravy) is phenomenal! Such a fun way to spend a Saturday morning!! The "libations" were an added treat!!

We had a great time in this class. It's right downtown and a beautiful facility. Chef Regina was a lot of fun to watch and very detailed in her instructions. The food was awesome and although I had doubts I would like the smoked tomato cream, it was delicious. I would do this again and highly recommend it.

Fantastic place! We were just walking around Natchez looking for a good dinner spot, so we didn't have a reservation but luckily they had a table open. My partner and I both had the flat iron steak special which was cooked to perfection. I had a cocktail with rum from the chef's family distillery and the bartender made a delicious non-alcoholic cocktail for my partner. Everyone was being as safe as possible with covid mitigation practices, so we felt comfortable with the dine-in experience. The live piano music and upscale food made for an amazing date night. We'll be back if we're ever in town again.

Oh wow! Experienced Regina's cooking class where we helped make the most delicious, fluffy and tasty biscuits EVER and watched Regina prepare shrimp 'n grits and sausage gravy. All of the food was delicious, to say the least! We met some wonderful people, enjoyed complimentary cocktails, and sampled rum from the family distillery. I can't say enough about this experience! Looking forward to my next trip to Natchez! Thanks, Regina!

My wife and I went to Regina’s kitchen for a biscuit and brunch Cooking School for Fourth of July. All I can say is: If you want to have a great time, taste wonderful food, and have a lot of fun, this is a fantastic 5 star experience. We had such a great time that we plan to take the short drive from Jackson back to Natchez to celebrate our wedding anniversary later this month.
