I’ve eaten here on several occasions and every time has been excellent. Great selection, good food, friendly service, large portions, quick, clean, comfortable environment. Amazing to me that they’re never busy when I’m there (evening time). Maybe they are busier at lunch. At any rate, people are missing out. Great sandwich/salad shop.

I was visiting with my relatives who live in the area. This little soda shop is a jewel. If I had a problem with anything, it's that the food portions are extraordinarily large 😂 The next time I'm in Natchez I will definitely visit this place again!

Way over priced and allow customers to place orders at the drive through while anyone with a To Go order has to wait . I expressed my opinion and got a rude argument back without regard to my opinion. I expressed my dissatisfaction, paid and left , but will never go back, especially after receiving a nasty text message telling me that my business was not appreciated and not to return, which is mighty high minded and one sided. Plus $40 for two half sandwiches is ridiculous.
The food is great! The Who Dat burger is always perfect. The service is amazing and the atmosphere is great. All of the workers were fantastic and the restaurant just felt like a nice place to eat at. I even was an adult about some honey mustard getting on my fries, as that happens when food is close together. For some reason some people on these reviews can’t figure that out. But besides a rude customer the place was perfect for Ol’ Tom Tom.
When my husband and I recently dined at the restaurant, we were surprised to find ketchup already on a couple of fries . The atmosphere was quiet, with only a few customers present. Despite the overall experience not being bad, it was quite off- putting to see ketchup on his fries as if they had been served someone else’s leftovers. As a content creator, it is important to convey honest feedback in a constructive manner. While the restaurant may have had it shortcomings, such as the oversight with the fries, there is always room for improvement. By sharing our experiences openly and thoughtfully, we can help businesses understand how they can better serve their customers in the future.
