Every time we’re in Natchez, stopping by The Malt Shop is ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY!!! I absolutely love a hot fudge shake from this drive thru staple. My husband loves the Oreo shake— if sure if you tried, you could find something healthy— but that’s not the reason folks want delicious, old fashioned burgers and shakes!

A friend told us about the malt shop in Natchez MS. We went and ordered burgers to see if it was like the old days. No didn’t happen. Still good. The MALTS yep they are. Very good. Enjoy them a lot. It’s a good little place to visit. Even with the weather was bad and rainy, it was still a few cars there. I don’t think it would park but about 10 vehicles lol. December 8, 2025 it has been there since 1950. We went Monday because it’s closed on Sunday.

I loved the pork chop dinner, however, they took one chops and divided it into half to make it look like two. Please go back two two big chops.

May God bless the hands that be in the kitchen at the The Malt Shop in Natchez. I craved one of their fish plates for months, and was sooo happy I finally had a chance to stop by yesterday. Maaan, they NEVER MISS when it comes to cooking that fish🐟 😋 Can you believe this is a small fish plate. Dude, they serve the kind of plates that will make eat and wanna go straight to sleep.😴 The portion size of the pieces are JUST RIGHT👍🏾 Although I've never been good at remembering names🤦🏾♀️...I never forget a face, and the lady that delivered my plate at the drive-thru window is one of the sweetest I know and always drops a gem in my spirit with every visit 💎 Speaking of...that LEMON MILKSHAKE touched my soul FR🙌🏽...from the first sip. I couldn't wait to try it. I told her how I wanted it, and had to throw my hands in the air cuz it was so good. If you're in the Natchez area on business, or just hanging out for leisure...do yourself a favor and stop by, tell the crew Hi👋🏾 and give one of their menu items a try. I guarantee you won't be disappointed🥰
