This is a Dunkin express. There were no doughnuts or coffee available when we got there at 10am. Was told would have more in an hour. Was expecting a full service Dunkin not an Express.
What happened? Been going to this Dunkies for years and it was always super fast, friendly and always got the order correct. Lately though, the drive thru line wait times are 10-15min wait and this week 2 out of 3 of my orders have been wrong. I even started ordering via the app thinking maybe they couldn't hear me at the drive thru- but the orders are still wrong. Of course I'm keeping in mind COVID- but this place in the past NAILED all the covid restrictions and going here...read full review

This is located inside the Pilot and is a self Serve , was bummed that all they had were donuts and Disliked that they were out of Milk or creamer for the coffee, so don’t expect it to be like a regular DD Place but other than that the pilot workers were nice but don’t plan on getting Dunkin Coffee at that
