I had the southern chicken meal deal. My food came out hot and fresh. The only issue I had was the chicken sandwich comes with no sauce, I didn't know that when I ordered it. I just asked for mayo, my condiment of choice, and the sandwich as really good!!
Me and my son went this morning thru the drive thru and i ordered a biscuit and gravy with eggs on top with bacon and my son got a burrito and hashbrowns. Understand food was good but service was terrible i didnt get any straws for our drinks and no napkins or silverware for my biscuit and gravy. And managers is the on that served me no have a nice day thanks for eating at jacks nothing i am very displeased

I've always enjoyed eating at Jack's. We first tried them several years ago on a trip to Alabama. I'm glad to see that they have locations in Mississippi even though they are extremely north and nowhere near me.
