“** UPDATE- we got a call after arriving home about our experience and were offered the option to pick up the cookie cake the next morning, along with an apology. So things were made right, wish it would have been at the store at the time we were there but glad someone took accountability and made things right.I ordered a cookie cake, on the app, for my twin daughters 18th birthday. I received the confirmation email that provided pickup time, order showed in progress on the app, then showed completed closer to the pickup time provided. We arrived at the store to pickup it up and was told their online ordering system does not work and they didn't have the order. Also advised us that they do not take same day orders, even though the app states it can be placed up to 2 hrs in advance. The guy then walks to the computer register and asked name on order and immediately cancelled the order, didn't offer an alternate option or to pick it up the next day, nothing, just that we would not be getting a cake, or anything else for that matter. (Still not sure how he cancelled an order he never received.) My daughters were with me and very disappointed, they didn't even want me to buy them a cookie from the place at that point. The guy told me my money would be immediately back on my card, although the money is NOT back on my card yet and I haven't received anything stating order is cancelled either! VERY DISAPPOINTED.“

“The ladies in the bakery at Ocean springs walmart were great. I call and ordered my sons birthday cake, stopped by and checked the order with an associate and paid for my cakes, then picked them up two days later. No problems, and they tasted amazing! Great price too, i would have paid twice as much at a local bakery. I had a two tier paw patrol cake plus a smash cake all for less than $60! I would defiantly recommend using this bakery.“
