Probably shouldn't, but I do. I highly recommend it to anyone with a sweet tooth. If you haven't tried it, it's a must try.“

The trip started out as a pick up for a friend but it was definitely worth the 45 minute drive it took us.Chris and the young man were both personable and professional. My mom and I both thought the treats were DELICIOUS to the point we refused to share our purchases with each other. Will definitely go back.“
“It was ok. Waited all year for a “great” king cake. They do not answer phones to let you place an order as they told me to do the day before. Went into a madhouse situation at 8.30am. The parking lot is/was ridiculous. A medium plain is all they had left for $26. It was somewhat dry, barely any cinnamon, but did have plenty icing. This was a unanimous opinion. Wanted a strawberry cream cheese, but lady said we should have been there at 6:30am. Huh? No one told me that on the phone the day before. Was told to call & place order & it would be ready by noon. Not true! I did not like the customer service & the way the procedure was handled at all! This was our first time & was unexpected I guess. It was so busy that they had police detail that early in the morning! Sorry, but not worth all of that & not convenient for some that do not live close. There was only 4 king cakes left when I arrived. So people are driving there hoping to get one or not. But if someone answered the phones, you could let the customer know before making a wasted trip.“
“Make this your Louisiana donut destination! I had trouble identifying the best donut shop in Slidell with just Google reviews, so I stopped by a couple of shops, and I was most impressed by Tasty Cream's yeast doughnuts. The dough was incredibly light and fluffy with the perfect amount of glaze. Having road tripped much of the nation and stopping at the best donut shops en route, I can confidently say this was one of the best glazed donuts I've ever had.The twist was very big and a good supplement to the round and holes I also had in my order. The buttermilk bar was also lighter than most, but still carried the tradition of crispy edges perfectly. The boba was cooked perfectly soft, yet still with a little chew. The flavor and frozen iciness of my strawberry smoothie on a hot day left a little to be desired, however, my family's mango smoothie hit the spot. This was also the first time I had kolache. The smoked sausage was so good, and Tasty Cream's dough was the perfect bun.I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the upbeat and kindness of the staff. I loved my visit to this shop and would repeat any time I'm ever in the area again. If you're a donut lover, this is a must stop shop!“

“I've been buying my family's Birthday cakes for the longest time in here. It's because the are the best!! They use fresh ingredients in all they do. Any leftover cakes and pastries they donate to diferentes places si, they start from scratch the next day. They have individual pieces of cakes that you can buy and try it. You'll not be desappointed, you'll love it. They have great customer service, and please be patient because it's a very small business and there is just 2 person working including its owner. But they will be happy to help you when you get there.“

Each and everyone of her cakes were full of flavor, and were clearly homemade with love!! And you can tell when a someone is an expert at what they do when they're able to give you every detail and are truly excited to show you their work of art. “The best place to go for all of your baked goods! I’ve been here so many times and every time is great. I got my daughter’s birthday cake from here they were so delicious, moist, and beautiful. We’ve been here several times to grab cupcakes, king cakes, and cookies. They’re always so delicious and every time I need a cake, cookies, or a sweet treat in general I will be back here. The ladies here are so sweet and accommodating every time. Worth every penny.“
