I absolutely love Kilwins! I've been to many in several different states & they're all great. My first time at this location & they were pretty busy. The staff was very friendly & they got me in & out rather quickly! The Apple Pie Caramel Apples are my favorite!🥧🍫🍎
Amazing ice cream and it's impressive to even say this but I must admit their service is even more amazing! The attentiveness of the staff is top notch. And on a semi-related note, the integrity of their staff must be lauded. I left a fairly expensive camera at their shop after I visited and I called back the next day and the staff member, Hunter, mentioned that he was surprised to find such a camera left there. But he had stored it safely and that it was available for return....
Friday night. One young man waiting for a milkshake to be made. Three employees - none of which could bring themselves to ring up my peanut brittle. Finally one came over -begrudgingly. Just young girls talking a lot, but there were only two customers, both of whom who would like to buy things.
