I will never go to this establishment again after seeing how the owners kids treated women working at a nearby store. They came in cursing and yelling and threw up middle fingers and ran off laughing. This store was filled with families with children. We were all in disbelief of how they acted. My family and I would frequent this Baskin Robbins for desert 3 x's a month for our kids good behavior and special treats. NEVER again. Placed a Door Dash order. The entire ice cream order was wrong and the milk shake was missing. I called the store and they didn’t care saying they were out of the pre pack of ice cream. They should’ve contacted Door Dash and have them contact me. But instead they gave me 3 scoops of different flavors of ice cream. Never again!
Had a fundraiser discount card for 15% off and they refused to use it. The ice cream was good but customer service was not that great. Southaven gladly honored the card earlier this week. I will gladly go back to Southaven.
