Went on a Saturday at lunch time and they were not busy. Staff was incredibly friendly and the food was great. The broccoli salad and the Olivia's chicken salad are amazing! The grape salad is delicious and the turkey club was really good too. We will be back!

First time here. So many chicken salad flavors to choose from!!! I was a little disappointed from what I ordered, from seeing it on the poster in the window. I couldn't even see any chicken salad in my Cresent and the cheese wasn't melted. It was supposed to be a chicken melt. It still had great flavor, but the presentation just was not what I expected. The place is super cute. Reminds me of the looks of the old tea houses we used to have around. The kids up at the registers were really cute and sweet. They had alot of patience with me, being a Newby here, and gave a few samples of different flavors. I ended up getting the spicy chicken flavor. The little cookie was super yummy and a great little surprise finish. Cute little southern place to come to.

Well. Gosh. Hmm. We've been big fans of Chicken Salad Chick. Huge. We come here often. Alas, the last several times, the experience has gone down...down...down. My disappointment is immeasurable. Let's start with walking in the door for lunch today. The place was very busy. I mean, it's lunchtime, so sure. We order. That didn't go the best. We practically had a fight on our hands to get the fourth drink cup that we'd paid for. We went to find a seat. There were quite a few empty but dirty tables. But they were very busy...so okay I can overlook that. However, in hindsight, by the end of the meal, I was no longer forgiving of that. It was a symbol of a pervasive problem. Anyway, we took a seat at a dirty table as that's all that was available. The young lady who brought us our food spoke at about whisper level. Could. Not. Hear. Her. Now, chicken salad sandwiches tend to look about the same, so generally, the person who brings the food helps by announcing what the sandwich is that they're holding. This young lady made no such attempt for any of our plates. She just handed the first plate and whispered "salad". But three of us got the salad. Well, I got poppyseed dressing and the other two ordered the balsamic dressing so I thought we'd use that as a tell. Alas, no salad dressing. We had to ask Whisper Girl for the salad dressings for all three. She asked what kind. We told her one poppyseed and two balsamic. She said they didn't have balsamic. Would've been nice to have been told that when ordering, but no big deal, in the grand scheme of things. She brought us all three the poppyseed. We tucked into the seasonal strawberry pecan salad...which had zero pecans. Three salads, zero pecans. Oh, and we got toasted bread. The toasted bread came out cold. Not room temperature. Cold. Like from the refrigerator?! All four of our sandwiches had cold toasted bread. Odd. So, the meal ended, we went to throw away our trash, and every trash can was completely overflowing. Sad face! This is (was?) one of our favorite places.

Usually a great place. Today however I waited 25 minutes until my sandwich came. When I complained I was told they were very busy. When I pointed out the people sitting around me all came in afterwards and were already eating, the girl apologized and said she wasn't responsible for preparing the food. 25 minutes!

We go there all the time. They are conveniently located. Service is always good. The potato soup is a meal in itself.

Food is great. Service is SLOW. You can no longer run in and grab quick chick and get out in less that 15 minutes. They have multiple cash registers but only one is all I ever see open. I’d come more frequently if they had more help. The quick chick fridge half empty at 11:30 am.
