Firehouse Subs Olive Branch

What happened to this location? My wife and I went the other night and it was bad. Dirty, no lids or straws and the kids taking your order wouldn’t look at you or speak clearly. I ordered a tuna sandwich after asking if they had some, then a few minutes later I was told they didn’t have any. There was tuna in the fridge right behind the register clearly labeled. The shift lead called his manager and when she asked why he didn’t just make us some tuna his response was “I didn’t know I was supposed to.” At least the wife and I got a good inside joke out of the whole thing.

First I just want to say that we have always enjoyed dining at this Firehouse location. The service and food have always been good and rarely have any issues if at all.

The point of my review has nothing to do with the location but corporate. The prices are insanely high. Just this last weekend we had one small hook and ladder combo (small drink with chips), a medium create your own sandwich combo ( ham sandwich, small drink with chips), and a medium Italian combo (small drink with chips). Total for all was $36. I get it with inflation and whatnot but to us this is insane what Firehouse corporate charges for their product. We love Firehouse but we definitely eat there much less than we have in the past.

We came in at 10:30 around opening and right off the start we had bad looks and rude customer service we never came to eat here before and I was expecting the food to be good but it was poor quality and bad customer service and I will not be recommending this place to anyone and I will not be coming here again!!!

They are the worst. They can’t get a simple order correct! Rebecca the GM needs to be fired. Her and her crew are not competent in making a plain sandwich with turkey and cheese that’s not hot. Just slow.

i came in and the white lady that i think may be the manager immediately did not care and had a horrible attitude with me. i never have problems with anybody and i understand some people just have bad days but in this case it felt like a personal issue with her.

We stopped for some sandwiches after shopping for Christmas. I always like Firehouse and this one is good. I had a French Dip, it was tasty.

I ordered my food and spent 20$. I waited 20 minutes and my food was yet to be ready due to them forgetting my order. It got busy and I went up there and they found it then forgot it again. I asked for a refund but they said that was unable to be made. They then put my food at the back of the order list and I waited 45 minutes for a place I usually wait 5 minutes for.

Literally just left, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...5 EMPLOYEES INCLUDING MANAGER... ONLY THE 2 making sandwiches were professional. Use the Southaven location, they have great service and food!!!

Server charged me for a drink when I had filled a survey for a free drink.

Great place if you want kids making your $16 sandwiches, only to get them and it not be the way you ordered. Never again...

The wildest thing I had ever seen 15 people in the place and no one had a sandwich and it was dead quite no music dude had to use his phone calculator to make change

So we eat at firehouse subs during the week at the Bartlett (hwy 64) location. They are wonderful. They have our food brought to the table before we can even finish filling up our drinks. The food is always awesome. Today we tried the Goodman rd olive branch location and it was pretty awful. The male taking our order wouldn’t even let us finish..we ordered 2 combos, a cup of soup and some Mac n chz, every word we got out he followed it with “IS THAT IT” very rudely. There was one other couple in there that already had their food… we got our drinks and sat down, it took 10-15 minutes to get our food. They hollered our name from behind the counter and made us come get it even though it was a dine in order…once I got my food back to the table I realized I didn’t have crackers for my soup so I went back to the counter, every single employee was sitting in the back on their phone and I had to stand there for 4-5 minutes waiting for someone to notice me just to get crackers for my soup. Once the male that took our order noticed me I asked him for the crackers and he basically threw them at me. The food was NO WHERE near as good as the firehouse food we are used to. The soup wasn’t even edible, 10 out of 10 do not recommend.
