My sub fell apart. Drowning in mayonnaise. The bread was soaked in it and unable to eat it. Threw it in the garbage. I’ve never seen that much mayonnaise on a sub. Ridiculous amount.

The subs are fantastic. Service can be hit or miss but it doesn't effect the quality of the food. If I had one negative critique, it would be that the floor by the soda machine gets sticky. Overall, we'll be back and recommend Firehouse Subs Olive Branch.

TJ helped us out so much. We were running behind and we made it 1 minute to closing, and TJ stepped up and made sure we were taken care of. Truly blessed to have TJ helping. We give him 10 stars!!!

We just tried to get a sandwich at 8:40 on 5/11 with a 9:00 close. We apologized for coming in so close to closing time and the guy and girl inside working were very mad and said they weren’t able to make any sandwiches this close to closing and asked us to leave. Just wanted to give a heads up to anyone who tries to go in the evening. They were very unhappy. Also
If they quit serving food at 8:30 they should put that on their sign and it have the store still open.

What happened to this location? My wife and I went the other night and it was bad. Dirty, no lids or straws and the kids taking your order wouldn’t look at you or speak clearly. I ordered a tuna sandwich after asking if they had some, then a few minutes later I was told they didn’t have any. There was tuna in the fridge right behind the register clearly labeled. The shift lead called his manager and when she asked why he didn’t just make us some tuna his response was “I didn’t know I was supposed to.” At least the wife and I got a good inside joke out of the whole thing.
