First I just want to say that we have always enjoyed dining at this Firehouse location. The service and food have always been good and rarely have any issues if at all.

The point of my review has nothing to do with the location but corporate. The prices are insanely high. Just this last weekend we had one small hook and ladder combo (small drink with chips), a medium create your own sandwich combo ( ham sandwich, small drink with chips), and a medium Italian...

i came in and the white lady that i think may be the manager immediately did not care and had a horrible attitude with me. i never have problems with anybody and i understand some people just have bad days but in this case it felt like a personal issue with her.

It was sooo quiet in there it was almost awkward . Even my naturally quiet husband said it was depressing in there. You could've heard a pin drop! They need some kinda music in the background bc it legit sounds like a library in the. Otherwise, the food was good! I adore firehouse subs! Even if they are absurdly expensive. $20 for one person to eat, if they order a foot long
