Nothing Bundt Cakes

So I ordered a birthday cake 1.5 weeks ago for my daughter from Wal Mart. I got an email Thursday(was supposed to pick it up Saturday morning) saying all or part of my order was cancelled at Wal Mart. I didn’t call. I went up there and stood at the counter 15 minutes until the manager showed up. I told her what happened. She called the cake decorator who said she didn’t have the set up for a two tier. The manager got her told about it. She said she had just asked her if she was caught up on her cakes and she said yes….lies of course. She said she’d escalate it because it was inexcusable. She asked if I wanted my cupcakes. I said no. I called Nuthin Bundt Cakes and was told “We got you”. I had a two tier decorated birthday Bundt cake in 30 minutes. Thanks Nuthin Bundt cakes. Wal Mart…you’ve gotten big and uncaring. Do better. Nuthin Bundt Cake you are a life saver🛟 🥰👏🏾

I always get the classic vanilla Bundt cake, and it never disappoints! Every time I go to pick it up, it’s ready on time, which is super convenient. Occasionally, they put the stickers on backwards—the ones that seal the cake to show it hasn’t been tampered with—but it’s not a big deal to me. The cakes always look great and taste even better, so I’ll definitely keep coming back for more. I haven’t had any problems with them, and I highly recommend their cakes!

We visited the location on Goodman rd and upon walking in the door being a first time customer I asked Jay the cashier about the cakes and she said nothing my sister had to answer the questions for me. After placing my order she had an attitude as thought she didn't want to be at work
She had the look as though she didn't want to be bothered no greeting or thank you for coming after paying for my order she just polity said I can help who's next. The other two young ladies were very polite to there customers. I was there on November 2 at 2:40pm.

Food and service are good but they never stock enough of the limited cakes. Was told today I’d have to be there at opening because they don’t order enough to last the day.

Please close down or stop serving the seasonal items if you run out every day at 9am. The average working person is not able to be there at 9am. If you can only sell so many then why not do inventory to have enough. You’re not servicing a town of 700 people. It’s ridiculous I drove to Collierville and they said you all were overwhelmed and stopped selling or offering at a certain time. I called today at 930am and you all had sold out of the pineapple. Stop offering them if you don’t have the capacity to offer them to the public. It’s ridiculous and you’re false advertising when you show them available and don’t have them. Then you instruct us to order on app and this is the result. Just stop offering them

Everyone is super friendly and the cakes are great. I just want to know why they don't use the seal properly. It should be sealed on the side that opens to let customers know it was made and nit reopened or tampered with. I don't get why it's there otherwise.

This cake is delicious

I ordered Bundtinis to celebrate a retirement. Stephanie (Marketing Co-ordinator) went above and beyond by creating flags with my company logo to personalize. It was such a great surprise when I opened the boxes! We will definitely be ordering from this bakery again!

So moist and soft and the icing wasn’t too sweet. perfect
