I wouldn’t recommend if you are a southern food lover. Chicken is flavorless and dry. Cake is dry. The peach cobbler syrup is so thick you would think you are eating mucus. Okra is flavorless, needs seasoning. The mac n cheese needs maybe some breadcrumbs for texture and an extra cheese to balance flavor with the butter in it. Food is pretty expensive for low quality and no drink. Red velvet cake, you can taste the red dye and it gives that medicine taste, the cake is also dry and needs sugar to balance that dye taste, it is really nasty and honestly it made me want to throw it up.

I had a wonderful experience ordering from Piccadilly! The food was delicious, and I was impressed with their exceptional customer service. After encountering a small issue, I decided to email the manager. To my delight, they were incredibly understanding and went above and beyond to make things right. It's refreshing to see a company that genuinely cares about their customers. I'm definitely looking forward to ordering from Piccadilly again in the future!

Went here last Sunday with my family and the server was cleaning around the food, so we had to wait to be served. The manager was rude and didn't want them to put out the good food until everything was gone or down to the end. Majority of the food looked old. The old pan of carrot souffle was taken out and a new pan was put in, but it was burned. Once they scooped out of the new pan, they put the old, cold, burned stuff on top of it to serve. All of the desserts were old, I got a piece of cake, my daughter and mom got pie. The pies were runny and tasted sour like old milk. My cake tasted like moth balls and bad milk. The smell was even worse. I will not be eating at this location again. This was my first and last time.

1 server that what seems to be the manager had a very nasty attitude. I asked for fresh dressing and when it was bought out, it had been served out of and then she mixed the old with the other and I pacifically pacifically expressed that I didn't want the old dressing that looked like it had been there all day and her response was that it was all cooked at the same time and continued to mix it all together. Her demeanor was very hostile. I will not return if I see her in there. Customer service from her was awful. The rest of the staff was very nice and helpful.

I go to Piccadilly in Olivebranch on a regular. Today this Turkey Dressing was very old!!! The staff says the dressing is not old; I flipped the turkey over and this how it looks... You all need a better staff and Stop serving all this old food to people that support your business!!!

Hi I am the general manager whom this young lady is speaking on. I would like to first began by saying I am food safety certified and is very aware of cross contamination. I can't believe if this was the case why didn't you just say sir are you going to change your gloves? I am very professional and it is my desire to serve the public safe food. I am a little disturbed that someone would take a shoe tie this far. We always use tongs when handling food and change gloves regularly when handling raw food in the back kitchen. We have an A from the health department visit to the restaurant. Praises to God the restaurant is doing extremely well and present customers are very happy. Thanks!!

I always order pick up from online and my order has never been right. Usually I’m just missing the bread or have the wrong bread but this time they left off a whole side and my other side was broccoli and cheese and they forgot the cheese. I’m giving 2 stars because the food is fine. I guess you just have to wait in line and order in person if you want your order to be right.
