I ordered 4 ramen bowls and had the unpleasant view of watching my food prepared! The cook was eating and licked his fingers prior to beginning my order. Luckily he wiped his hands on his apron. The continuous adjusting of his EarPods was icing on the cake! All of this occurred within one minute. I promptly requested a refund!

I placed my order thru DoorDash then IMMEDIATELY realized it was the wrong location. I called the store and spoke with a woman within seconds to let her know not to make that order- I could hear her tell the kitchen “do not make that door dash order,” then she told me to call DoorDash for a refund.I call DoorDash and they said they could only refund delivery fee and tip bc the order was complete. (This is all within 3-4 minutes) I called poke world olive branch back with DoorDash on 3 way so we could confirm that she JUST told me they cancelled making it.When she answered she said no ma’am I’m sorry it was already made when 2 minutes prior I heard her tell them to cancel it.She literally lied!! Gross. Hope your little $30 you stole from me was worth it. I wish I knew her name. DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!

We passed by last week and tried their tonkotsu ramen, the pork belly is nicely seared or torched, has that caramelized, charcoal grilled flavor, which pairs perfectly with their bubble tea, my friend had fruit tea, she said it is so refreshing. A few months back I would have given a 5 star rating but lately their quality has gone down. They seem to be out of several items for the poke bowl and the girl at the front informed me that they were late opening and the cooks were not present at the moment. I did see the girl get out of her car and run in the door when I parked. I'm not sure what is going on but it's pretty disappointing that the quality has dropped so drastically.
It was good. This was my first time, and it was around 8pm on a Tuesday. I liked my Chicken Ramen. The only negative that I have, is that I wish they had softdrinks as a drink option.

We were greeted upon arrival to the counter. I mentioned to the girl taking the orders that it was our first visit, and asked how we go about ordering and such. She pointed to the clipboards on the wall, and told us to fill them out. Nothing additional to help, and we were the only ones waiting to order. Her and the other girl behind the counter were VERY preoccupied with their cell phones and gabbing and laughing with each other. After figuring out what to do to order, I gave her the slips, she reviewed them and rang me up. (Pretty pricey, BTW. Airport prices!) After waiting several minutes, she called our number. I was thinking "That's fast!". When I got to the counter, she advised me that they were out of spicy tuna, and only one serving of spicy salmon was available (we both ordered salmon and tuna). Asked me what do I want instead. As she and the other gal seemed put off with having to actually work and provide some form of attention to the customer, I decided to cancel my entire order and get refunded. She should have told me it was unavailable when I ordered!!!! The container was RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER!The lobby was freezing cold, and there was an incessant clunk-clunk-clunk from the motorized ramen display.Can't speak to the food as it was not available, thus one star for not having something that's on the menu....
