Ms.Sharon is a great manager on duty ..its a cool atmosphere and its fully staffed with awesome employees!

I got an entree pizza and a bottle water, food was excellent and staff was very engaging. Would like to specifically mention, the guy with the man bun who cooked the pizza, and the girl serving the pizzas. Will be back

I loved the open brick oven, pizza topping selections (broccoli!), and the modernized soda fountain... (I didn't realize such flavors existed!) The only problem was not being familiar with their ordering process no one greeted me at the host station. I had to get someone's attention and asked. But oh boy! I got to build my own pizza! Crust thin and pre-prepared. Going back!

This place is legit! It's not the most friendly on the pockets given the size of pizza.. yet you can load the toppings. So 6 in 1 hand half a dozen in the other. Friendly staff and it does really taste good. Will be visiting often. This would be the spot if they added wings, more beer, and tvs! If your pizza is not good its your fault for selecting bad toppings lol. Check it out!

We come here all the time and tonight was the worst in service. Very rushed in the assembly line and the pizza was just thrown together and not as great as usual. We may never come at dinner again due to the unprofessional service.

Everybody is so nice and seem to love working there. There is always a smile on the employees faces. Food is great and they have a GF pizza option. They also make sure there is NO cross contamination. I totally recommend this place.

Pizza is a very personal decision! I love this style of pizza. Out of all of the local spots this is my favorite. However some of the employees here are simply immature. I've heard staff arguments break out multiple times at this place. I feel bad for the manager he actually does seem to care however he needs to put his people in place bickering in front of customers is not acceptable.

I love Pyro’s! Dining in and ordering take out is always easy and completed in a timely manner. My favorite pizza is the Southwest Chicken. Absolutely delicious!

Staff are always friendly and accommodating. Atmosphere is pleasant.

Parking: Pyro’s is in a strip mall. Normally there is plenty of parking but there are definitely busy times where you may have to park a little bit away.

Haven’t gotten pizza here in years. Husband wanted it and got some to go. My raging Hawaiian was neither of those things…. No jalapeños or pineapple. Not to mention it the pizza was dry and chewy crust. Do better, people are sick of not getting what they pay for!

The girl serving tables never smiled or replied to our "thank yous" during 3 encounters. The employee that was cutting pizzas was eating right over the cutting station WITH her gloves on. It really just did me in between the 2. Other employees were friendly and we liked the pizza. Bad customer service is all it takes to lose my business though...
