Wow! 5 Stars! First time to visit and this is a must! I know bbq and this is some of the best! Seasoned to perfection and juicy!!! Tried the pork bbq, ox tail, brisket, and rib tips. Oh my! Bbq beans have brisket in it and Cole slaw home made!! Mac n cheese is a home run too! Had to take leftovers home portions so big! And no I’m not I’m not related to the owners, BUT I WISH I WAS! The food is fantastic and the portions are generous. The building is still in progress but this is a can’t miss food stop.
Brisket was some of the Best I’ve had. Burnt ends and pulled pork are both excellent.
Rolling Thunder was chosen for my granddaughter’s wedding reception on June 22, 2024. I have to admit I was skeptical when I first heard we were having a “food truck” cater her wedding reception. I couldn’t have been more wrong! The food was absolutely amazing and Adam was heaven to work with, even finding room in his refrigerator and freezer for some unexpected chilling we needed to do.
