I ordered a medicine ball and instead of adding a mint tea and peach tea, it had 2 mint teas. I attempted to call the number listed on google, and it continued to ring with no answer.

The staff here is always nice they just NEVER have anything like EVER. The ice is down, no caffeine drinks available, no cold foam. Seriously why are you even open. They even shut the oven off an hour before closing?!?! Maybe 15-20 minutes I’d understand but an hour ?!?!

I'm tired of being ripped off by this company. How's a tall espresso frap taste like coffee and a gramde taste like it jas a touch of cream in it and much lighter than a tall. So by the time you get to a venti, the color is almost an off-white coller with no taste of espresso but more like a caramel frap in flavor. Haven't visited Starbucks of any kind in over a year. Yet I get this in my notifications to leave a review. I will never spend another dime with a company as large as this one is and who blaintenly rips of its customers while smiling all the way to the bank. Thank you, Bigsby and Scooter's arriving to try to take these scramdruls down. They are the ones who get my money now, and I have never been more pleased

I work as a server, so I know first hand how over whelming customer service can be.I will say this location is always so busy and low staffed always! Either low staffed or the baristas are too busy goofing off. It’s especially annoying when people who ordered way later than you get their drinks immediately and youve already been 15 minutes more than people who were behind you than nicely I perhaps thought they forgot my drink or someone took it instead she got defensive about it and than started making it.Anyways also there’s always so many flies in this location for some reason ! Alwaysssss flies infront of peoples faces while paying idk what it is about it but when you’re about to order you will have atleast 4 flies up in your face and the baristas.

One guy running the shop alone. On a Saturday afternoon in Target. His name is Ari I believe. He was in the zone. It was impressive. Great attitude despite being so busy. I was overwhelmed watching him get order after order. He didn't break a sweat. Had my drink out in minutes. This kid should be upper management....anywhere...at least. Few kids around like Ari. Gives me hope.

The absolute worst experience. I was swindled out of $30 and then was told it wasn’t their fault. I had uploaded $50 on to my gold card in the app and left Starbucks with only $25 on my app AND NO MERCHANDISE. The girl scanned my app. Took money out of it then told me she never got it. And I had to leave the store losing $30 dollars. And I was told it wasn’t their fault lol. Even tho she scanned my app. And she saw the $30 she took. Thank goodness for higher ups and customer service centers.
