My family & I visited for the very first time on 06/15/25 for Father’s Day. The experience started off bad from the very beginning. First, it took 20 minutes after being seated to even place our drink order. I ordered Yaki Soba with beef and gyoza fried. The gyoza were burned and the beef in the Yaki Soba tasted spoiled. I’m very disappointed. I called to complain and they only offered a 10% discount for the future but I do not want food that tastes spoiled.
