I enjoyed a wonderful lunch with my son at Amore today! Everything was hot, fresh, and flavorful. The restaurant is aesthetically pleasing with soft Italian background music and a great waitstaff! Don’t drive to Olive Garden in Tupelo when there is such great, authentic Italian fare in Oxford!
We had my birthday dinner last night, and the food was absolutely delicious. I ordered Chicken Murphy and was pleasantly surprised by the light hint of coconut – I LOVE the flavor! My husband had Chicken Alfredo, his favorite. Although the service was a bit slow, it was understandable since they seemed short-staffed. The food was outstanding. At my age I generally bring home half of my meal for later consumption. the lasagna was so good I ate it all and even had chocolate cake which was just as good.
