Food was awful and had no taste. Sometimes that happens. The service was absolutely awful. The counter lady who took our order was very rude and dismissive. I would recommend never eating here or ordering from them

The Sunday plate lunch is the best comfort food in Oxford. Its waaayyyy better than Ajax. Best country food in town.

I placed an order and left, came back to pick up my order, it wasn’t ready, grabbed some napkins to clean up a mess in my car, came back in, the waitress stated I am only to have 4 napkins with my order, the order I’m waiting on… and then stated the manager said I have to bring the napkins back in. I politely do so, just to see what the waitress was going to do with the napkins… she went to the kitchen, I placed the napkins on the counter. She came back to the counter, grabbed the napkins and placed them back in the pile with the rest to give out to customers. I’ve worked in restaurants as a manager and know for sure anything goes out the door, doesn’t come back in… to serve others! This is uncleanliness from the workers and the manager on duty. Thank you for my order, which did not come with any napkins (thankfully).

I had the sampler and it was amazing!! The Philly rolls were crispy just like I love them and the sliders were delicious!! Bim Bam does not disappoint and it was worth that 45 minute drive two counties over!! 💪🏽🥳💪🏽🥳

I saw some bad reviews about service, but everytime I have ordered here it has been superb. The service has been immaculate. Im not sure if I realize who the owner is, I probably have talked to them a time or 2, and I love this place. I have been inside numerous times and even brought my mom to try it because the food is just so good. When they are able to be ordered online they are faster than a lot of other places around town. They definitely don't deserve so many 1 star reviews. I am also a returning customer, and i say heck yes to BIMBAM. This place was closed like a week for vacation or maintenance or something a couple months ago, and all I wanted was a BimBam Burger. If you pesky customers give this place a 1 star review again... pshhh to you because this place has been amazing everytime I have been. Thank you BimBam. Much love to you guys! ❤️❤️ 💜💜

Maybe the breakfast service is why they have a B rating from the health department? Honestly underwhelming for the reviews online I have seen. My eggs were not cooked correctly, I had to send my plate back for cold gravy, upon receiving them back they were warmer than previously. The server was a sweetheart and apologized for the inconvenience, I guess I should have come for a lunch experience?

Had the worst experience when I was pregnant and will never be back. I didn’t want to be wasteful because I got sick (from a medical condition) and got full easily so ordered a kids meal. They refused to do it. Said it’s their new policy. But the policy was not online and so I ordered it online get to the store and they didn’t make it said they always do it. They lied but to cover themselves a week later it was not even available online. If the policy is the policy I may not like it but I respect it but it needs to be enforced equally and not discriminate towards anyone because that’s not legal. I still have the video as proof and screenshots. I will never visit this establishment again. They pick and choose who they want to be nice to. I’m sure the business will survive with out me haha but I will ensure I let everyone know.

I’m not misleading anyone. I have proof and have no reason to lie. What do I have to gain by lying? Versus you having to gain hmmm? I have a picture of the receipt of the online order which was not made bc of your policy. Which u even say in your reply you make all of them unless in store so you can’t have it both ways. You need me to post my receipts I’ve got them. I know that truth always prevails and again I admit I was upset but if the policy stands (whether I like it or agree with it or not) then unfortunately I have to abide by it. But it has to be enforced fairly and equally which it was not. You guys went the extra mile to make my day horrible that day. Respond how you want but I will find the proof bc I knew it would come to it. Shortly after this took place it was “unavailable “ online- I wonder why.

But it hasn’t been available for SEVERAL years. 😂 good day.

This spot was a legendary place when ordering takeout! The Philly Cheesesteak is unparalleled and the loaded buffalo wings are a must try! The workers are very friendly and even had a nice message written on my takeout box one time. It's a nice place if you're stopping by for game day, or just visiting Oxford. For students, it's a good spot, but it can be pricey.

Burger was so good, I ordered here twice in the same day. 2 different burgers, both cooked to perfection. Amazing product and service, will definitely be here again.
