I ALWAYS make it a treat to get chilis 10oz steak, in my opinion it had been the best of the surrounding restaurants and was absolutely amazing...The past 2 times I have ordered, it's changed my mine. Both to-go and in house, my medium steak have been almost well done and they taste sour as if the meat is about to expire. Posting this review in hopes this gets examined and changed.
The food and atmosphere were top notch. My only complaint is the waitress didn't show herself but twice. Once to take our order and once to bring the food out. It was closer to end of the night as well, she never saw this as time to check on customers still present and when stopped to ask about our bill she pointed to the small kiosk on the table and kept going on her way. Drinks were not good margaritas were watered down, amerato sour was nasty. Microwave veggies loaded potatoes were crusty and bland, the steak was waaay overpricedhalf of it was fat and grisle. Walking in the dirty door I was put on a wait while there were many empty tables and was told because kitchen is behind. The place is in need of a deep clean and retraining of the staff.

After waiting 10 minutes to get seated. With the restaurant basically being empty. With proceeded to wait 15 minutes until eventually giving up on this restaurant. This is one of my worst experiences. I’ve had in a long time at this restaurant. Usually they are pretty good. But tonight they weren’t even that busy and couldn’t even get me drinks.

Ordered soup and salad all you want. Ordered Chili paid extra for it. Chili was so thick no juice ? so much Chili powder couldn't eat it. ? salad was good once server realized ? I had an issue with the Chili she brought me the loaded potato soup which was entirely great. Had some more salad. The appetizer we ordered came after the food so we ended up bringing it home. The manager was very apologetic and discounted our bill which was real nice. All in all I will go back but next time I want a taste of Chili first. ?
Don't get the brisket quesadillas . The whole order had one bite of meat and a few sprinkles cheese. The worst!

Every single time I have gone to chilis there has never been a hostess. Just tried to go today and never got greeted so we left after 10 minutes. Plenty of staff looked at us and just continued to ignore us. I have worked in restaurants for years so I'm never one to complain but after this many instances it gets to be ridiculous. Food is not good enough to deal with this.
