When this place first opened, it was great, and I loved it. I wanted to take my son there last night for the first time that he would actually remember eating it, and the fries were so over seasoned that they were not edible.

It all depends on who cooks your fries and burger. I got LUCKY! Monday at 1:30, February 5th. Fries weee crispy, burger was perfect! Great friendly staff and very clean environment. If you’ve had a bad experience with this location before (like I did), give them a second chance! Perfect!!!

Servers are "yeah whatever" and run it haphazardly. Food is still great - hey, its Five Guys! Just depends on what crew is serving perhaps. If you know exactly what you want, just be prepared to wait longer than usual and watch for your order - if you stand outside, there is no speaker. If you have questions, good luck. The Oxford hiring practices may be a little more lax than other areas. I've only been once. I'm all for 2nd chances so I will update this review...
