Fox's Pizza Den Oxford MS

I’ll never go back here , $54 dollars for burnt dry pizza and an overcooked Stromboli. We ordered two large pizzas, 1 chicken bacon ranch the other meat trio . What we got were two over cooked cracker with no sauce and burnt toppings . The mediocre amount of sauce on the meat trio was sour . These items were completely inedible, I gave it to my dogs, I wasn’t wasting the gas to drive three miles to return garbage.

Ordered the boneless buffalo wings for lunch. Was more like a snack basket with about ten small portions and no fries for $12. Much better option at BWW for lunch

Ordered pizza for take out, got home with the wrong pizza, called them to tell them, we were told to return it. When we got there, the staff had a bad attitude and slammed the pizza in the sink.. they hadn’t even started making the correct pizza. No apology, no “would you like a soda while you wait”, just a bad attitude.After we got home we decided to call them back and tell them that the customer service was poor in handling the situation. They said they had a video showing that they showed the pizza to us when picked up.. that was a complete lie. They also said we brought the pizza back “half eaten” also not true.. we picked the toppings off of three slices to give to the already hungry children before we had to “return” the wrong pizza.We’ve never had a problem before tonight.. and always enjoyed Fox pizza. But we won’t be returning..

This is one of our family favorites! Stromboli, pizza, hoagies, wedgies, fries- SO GOOD!

Kid-friendliness: They have chicken and fries, pizza , BUT the strombolis were really a big win for my kids. It made them think outside the box on ordering, so now we aren't stuck with chicken& fries everywhere we go! Idk about y'all, but this is a big parent win for us!

Pizza was fantastic! Probably the best I’ve had in Oxford. I had the Chicken Rancher and Pepperoni. The atmosphere was very family friendly, and the staff was excellent!

I had lunch with friends yesterday and was very impressed with how good the Italian Wedgie was. I needed napkins to hold it all together since it was loaded with meats. The crust was crispy and delicious. I’ll definitely be back to try other menu items.
