My sister told me this was the best burger in Oxford. So I came here with high expectations. Fortunately the burger lived up to the hype. Come here for the burger and leave happy. Hoddy totty

Great food and vibes, however the service was ridiculous. If you’re going to charge an auto 20% tip, then I would like my service to be proper. Was given warm water, like I shouldn’t even have to ask for ice in my water and it shouldn’t take 10 minutes and don’t act like I’m inconveniencing you. The staff acted like they didn’t know what was going on all the time, food was good however.

When it’s the first meal when we arrive in Oxford to move in our daughter, and it’s our last stop before heading home, you know it’s one of our favorite places to grab a burger!

One of the best burgers we’ve ever had. The small dish salads are also excellent. A cute cross of a nice restaurant and a casual burger joint, but it has the drinks and service of the former.

A great cozy cafe serving up some fantastic fresh meals! Kudos to the chef!

The smash burger was simple but so flavorful. The grits bowl was insane actually and I had to pace myself in that 90 degree weather 😭

My 5th visit—consistent, excellent service at Good Day Café! Having every little detail of a quick lunch considered has elevated my expectations for dining locally in Oxford. They make the experience feel both personal and welcoming, without sacrificing precision or quality.

The tomato soup was stunning—clearly made with care. The burger was perfectly prepared, as always. And my bottle of birch beer? Who puts thought into chilling a bottle so perfectly that there was just a touch of slush in the neck? A small but delightful detail that really stood out.

Great food, considerate service, and incredible value. Weekly rotation engaged.

The service was fast and friendly. My wife got the grit bowl and enjoyed it. I got the avocado toast. The toast itself was kind of meh, but everything on top was delicious. The chili crisps were a great addition. If the toast was better, the dish would have been a home run. We will definitely be going back.
