Parking: Parking was easy, but did have to pay a street fee, which wasn't terrible.

Kid-friendliness: The cashiers were friendly, and the wait was short.

I've patronized this shop twice--once in person and once via delivery. They were out of many items during my in person visit, but the young man working that night explained in detail why and was very nice. My delivery order went off without a hitch. It arrived later than promised but considering I ordered the cookies on Valentine's day and they arrived within 4 hours was impressive! On both occasions the cookies were delightful and this is definitely a go-to spot...
