Food was cold. Rather than preparing a new dish, the kitchen warmed it up. Overcooked it. Lousy

Put our names down on the wait list for dinner at around 5:30 pm . It was a busy week end due to the game. The hostess kept changing her story for the next 3 hours saying it would be 1hr… another hour but the whole time was sending parties of 2 to be seated. But somehow when we asked , she replied there were several couples ahead of us !! She seated the people who put their name right before us , but never sent us a text the entire night !
She and the mgr with her were rude and biased .
No restaurant is that good . Don’t waste your time with this place .
Hostess was rude, unaccommodating, and disinterested in helping our party. Took our business elsewhere and will continue to do so in the future.***Sorry we were not part of the group you referenced. We politely and quietly left after the hostess was not interested in helping us to make a reservation. How customers are treated in the service industry is important but based on how you respond to negative reviews for your business it’s clear you don’t understand that.***
As an Ole Miss graduate, current Ole Miss Parent, and 26 year combat veteran, I can honestly say without reservation this is the absolute worst, terrible, disgusting, disrespectful, and dishonest restaurant experience I have had in of all my life.
You could get better service at a hot dog stand inside of a Greyhound bus station, and that’s an insult to the hot dog stand.

They wait for the most busy days to randomly cut the menu in half. Servers upstairs are also pretty bad.

Extremely poor excuse of Southern hospitality in an eating establishment!!!! Worst experience ever no attempt made to correct issues!!! Don’t waste your time or money on this dive!!!!! Plenty of empty (approximately 12 in all) tables and booths both downstairs and upstairs where we were sent, but were told they could not seat us (party of 4) also!!!

On August 2nd, we had a group of 8 - we didn’t make a reservation but was told that we could go. upstairs. And then we were told they were too busy … even though there were plenty of open tables. We were told if we got there in 20 minutes, We would be able to to seat everyone. - we were there in 15 minutes- Also, this group is currently working in Oxford, away from their families— thought this would be a great place to treat them to. In addition, as the group was just getting off work, they were in work wear - the looks from your staff, was awful!! I truly felt that your staff was very judgmental! Thank goodness that the $640 didn’t go to your restaurant…it was spent very well at Sizzler.
The best steak in Ms, in my opinion. Always tender and delicious. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great steak dinner!

We went in for a cocktail and dinner. Ended up with an appetizer and wedge salads with shrimp. Amazing! Service was excellent.

The food was good and the service was good. When I got there they told me a 2 hour wait. It was after a game day and I was expecting a wait and I said okay cool. About an hour in I went to check the list to see it was moving and they had told someone they had closed the list for the night and told me I was still in track for about an hour. I went back 45 minutes later and again a man was told the list was closed and I over heard him say he would give them 100 bucks and tip well if they got him a table they wrote his number down and he walked out. Then they said 2 tables in front of me when I asked again. I walk out and I be damned if they didn’t call the man I just saw in front of me and sat him and 3 others down. I went back in and they told me I was next in line so I stood at the desk and then they got me a table. As we sat at the table we heard another man offer money for a table and what do you know he was sitting down 5 minutes later. Great food and great service but damn it chaps my rear end when hard working people get screwed for people who flash cash to get a seat. Out of me and the 2 people with me we spent over $250 before we tipped. Not sure if I will be back just because they like to pay to play for other people who got the cash to flash.
Best steak ever! Food and service were great!

My husband took my here last night for my Birthday. We have been here many times but not in awhile. The appetizer “lobster sticks” was good the sauce with it tasteless, then our entrees arrived, I ordered my filet which cost $57.00 med it was MR my rice was clumpy , my husband's steak was ordered MR and came Half MR and half Rare, he also ordered sautéed mushrooms which were forgotten and brought after he ate half of his steak and they were tasteless. Overall the meals were very disappointing. Paige our waiter was an ace, she really was the highlight of our meal! Will not be back! After a $180.00 disappointment.
