If y’all are going to have fried catfish, y’all need to have hush puppies. Not that sweet thick cornbread… it was terrible. Sorry to complain, but know I’m not the only one.
Everyone loves hush puppies with fried catfish. Do yall even listen to what your customers are requesting?
Best southern home cooking I've had in quite a while!! Delicious!!! I just cannot wait to come back!!!
My son-in-law recommended this place. We arrived a few minutes before lunch opening. By opening, people were queuing up to get in. Despite that, we found seats, and were offered drinks and menus quickly. Our food came quickly, and was delicious. My daughter had the pot roast she had heard so much about, and was very pleased with it. I ordered a veggie plate, and l enjoyed all but the broccoli rice casserole. I only wish I had had room to try the chocolate chess pie, sigh.
