This is probably one of the bigger bars in Oxford with both an upstairs and downstairs. They also often book double bands with one upstairs and one downstairs. The have a balcony that is to the side of the square that can be enjoyable. It seems they always have a decent sized crowd in here and it certainly is worthy of a visit on a pub crawl around the Oxford Square. They will soon be closing in Oxford and moving to Memphis.

Bartenders will add more tip than what you write on the receipt. I tipped $2 on a $7 tab and was charged $13.

My wife and I climbed the stairs at 5 pm. No food. No tables to eat food at. We called earlier and recording said open. We were visiting g oxford and wanted to try it out. The bartenders were apologetic
Friendly bartender…great college town vibe and yet packed with locals.

Love it ? ❤️
Rooster's is under new management and it shows. This place is cleaner than I've seen it in years and the bartenders were experienced and quick.
