The is Starbucks. So good is always great. Atmosphere is expected, nice. It’s clean. 3/5 stars as the staff was either upset or unfriendly when I entered. I was the only person there. I walked in, the main man didn’t greet me or say anything. At the end the 3rd man was nice. Was odd. Product was great. Store was perfect. 2/3 People were eh. So unlike anything else I have seen in Oxford.
My 2nd visit in years....I wasn't acknowledged until I asked for the 2nd part of my order which was my sandwich.It took a minute to find my order after I presented my receipt. I'm not sure who dropped the ball, but it was nonchalantly handed to me.......

Never had a disappointing experience here. Employees are always friendly and do the best they can with the crowds that flood into our college town for football games and events. Sometimes, service can be slow, but that is not the fault of the employees but just the surge of business that no amount of preparation can accommodate for.
