Honestly, the management needs to get a grip and learn how to run a business. Employers need to stop taking advantage of young kids. The owner is very hypocritical, and rude to her employees. Despite this, the employees are always very friendly, and hardworking. Imagine stalking your employees while they are working. Like seriously??? The greed is impeccable as well. Minimum wage in Oxford is crazy! Trying to pass off the costs on the costumers with tipping. Lets be so foreal here, how many people tip at a frozen yogurt bar. My daughter did not like the yogurt. I paid 7.50 for her yogurt after adding a few gummies to it. She got vanilla and cookie monster flavors. She hated the combination, so I asked if I could swap it out with just plain vanilla with no toppings. They said I could pay for another one, but they would not offer any exchanges. They then told me that we could have asked for samples before we bought it, but there was no mention of that being an option at any point in time before then. I don't know what happened to good customer service being something that businesses strived for. If a customer obviously despises something they were given, they should be allowed to have a replacement. The yogurt I got for myself was also gross.
