“Fantastic food and friendly service! Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The guys was welcoming and efficient.
One thing to note is that there’s no seating available, so plan accordingly. That said, the quality of the food more than makes up for it. Overall, it was absolutely worth the trip, and I would happily return again!“

“I got the ribs, fries, and okra. The ribs were tender and seasoned well. The fries were crispy perfection. I would probably not get the okra again. I'm not a fan of a flour batter on okra. I'm a cornmeal gal. My mom got the brisket, potato salad, beans. The sides were delicious and plentiful! Although the brisket had great flavor it ate a little dry on this day. We would definitely try again but maybe check some different menu options.“

“Tucked in the back of an inconspicuous shopping plaza, it's really easy to miss this place as I apparently have even though I pass it every day. They serve up smoked seafood and BBQ. Simple but everything was good. While there is BBQ and seafood abound, I haven't seen any smoked fish locally. On this occasion they had red snapper or flounder, I went with the snapper. Not sure if the choices change depending on the year, having lived in Florida I wouldn't mind some mullet at a future visit. The fish itself was well smoked, not dry or overpowering or ashen. The potato salad and the beans were good as well. I can imagine the BBQ being equally good.“

“Are you seated? You better be to listen to this properly. Faye's is one of those unbelievable little eating establishments hidden away from the main drag of things. It's not large, and it's not fancy, but Faye's packs a wallop in what's important. Where else in the world would you be invited to try a sample plate of offerings before ordering? And what about size? The full meal must weigh ten pounds, and it's good. The chicken is good, the sides are good, and everything is home-made. This place is a must stop. We had the privilege of talking with Faye while we dined. She is a lovely person and a perfect example of what's right in this world. . . that is, a hard-working woman making sure what she does in her restaurant is top-notch. She's up at 3 am, begins work at 4 am, stays on until closing at 5 or 6 pm. OK, that's what you need to know. Now get up and get moving to Faye's!“
