Best seafood Poboy’s around!!
My husband & I went to Bozo’s midday, not very busy when we got there. I ordered and gave my last name. A couple of people ordered after me, then my husband ordered a poboy to go. Others came in and ordered after him. People that ordered after me got their food, including my husband getting his poboy. My husband asked about our first order when he was given the poboy, was told it was coming up next. I waited awhile longer then asked about my order, was told it was up next. After watching person after person get their order, I checked my watch and I’d been waiting an hour and 5 minutes for my food. I went to the girl that was taking orders (female that usually takes orders had left the order counter), and asked for a refund. She went to a manager (female) who gave me a refund and said wait because if the order was ready she would give me the food anyway. The usual order taker(nasty attitude) came back out about 10 minutes later and said the food still wasn’t ready. My total stay at the restaurant was 1 hr and 20 minutes, and I had no food. We’ve been driving over 30 miles to patronize them for many years but that trip was our last. If they got the tickets mixed up because my husband & I have the same last name and thought it was 1 order, then saying that would have made sense to me. We’re all human and make mistakes, but telling us twice the order was next and not delivering, was unacceptable. Then, the little order taker with an attitude, acting like I was wrong for requesting my money back, really sealed the deal. Maâm, have a nice day
Went in on Saturday morning for some steamed shrimp. They weren’t too busy yet. We weren’t even acknowledged when we walked in. Went back to make our order and a lady walked out to the cabinet and NEVER spoke or even acknowledged we were there. Without a word she walked back to the back and never came back out. We stood there for a good while until finally we just left. We decided to go on to Killer Crab since we live in Gautier anyway and their steamed shrimp are great. Got our shrimp in 15 minutes. Pretty bad when you can’t even say hello to a customer or I’ll be right with you! Won’t give them a chance to say hello again though.
Please get more people in the kitchens on Saturday I had to wait 45+ minutes for my order I almost just canceled it I’ve been going here for 8 years and this about got me to not come again get more cooks or something cause there’s 5 other people waiting longer then me
I just moved over here and food was so good!! I got a crab sandwhich with some fries and both were amazing! 10/10 customer service as well the blonde lady that answers the phone and hands you the ticket was extremely sweet it made my day ❤️ can’t wait to go back!
Waited 25-30 mins on batch of boiled crawfish. Took home to the family and when we tasted the crawfish they were all watery and flavorless and smelled funky. Had to take them back for a refund. I will say they did not hesitate to give me a refund but my issue is with the big inconvenience it put on our Sunday. Save yourself the hassle and go ahead and drive to Killer Crab 🦀. I’m a fairly patient customer and have been loyal to them because they are a local business to me but tbh their service was spectacular when I first moved down here in 2019 and they have been on the decline ever since then in my opinion.
I bought a 35 pound sack of their cheap "low price" ones ($1 a pound) and 75% of them were dead. I called and told the lady ( it was the lady up front) she didn't acknowledge me, just told me prices. Even after I said several times what happened. I even yelled that i didn't want the prices. My wife also called and got the same treatment. Seems to me with her acting that way, then they know they're dead. Even after throwing away 75% of the sack that was dead, i boiled them. THEY WERE ROTTEN AND DEAD AND SPOILED. I followed all the "rules" too, they were never off ice. I cooked them within 2 hours of getting them. I didn't put them in the ice chest, an employee did. That's why I didn't know they were bad before I left. But when I got home and I took them from the ice chest I almost got knocked down by the smell. Will never go back to bozos. Killer crab is 100% better.
I own a small fruit stand and decided this year I’d try boiling crawfish, 1st 2 times I bought crawfish from them they was ok, a little more dead than expected but it is what it is, you can expect a few pounds a sack to be dead, usually crushed but this last time I Bought 8 sacks of crawfish and out of the 8 It totaled 270lb +- a few pounds, out of that I had 73lb that wasn’t just dead they was rotten, so my wife calls them and they say yeh just bring them back and we will credit it to your next purchase, I was fine with that, so my wife drives over there this morning to get crawfish for this weekends boil only to be told that whoever told her that didn’t have the authority to authorize a return like that and said when we get dead we don’t get to return them and because we was buying them to re sell we wouldn’t either, well they don’t pay retail, I did so I shouldn’t had been treated any different than any other person that comes in off the street, needless to say I won’t be back
dusty and moldy smelling in the restaurant and I'm allergic to both... I won't be back.

The food was just as delicious as it was the last time I was in town ten years ago. The ribeye steak po'boy is my absolute favorite item on the menu. My father enjoyed his shrimp po'boy. The fried okra and hushpuppies were fantastic. We shared these between us and it was plenty. The waitress was very attentive but didn't pester us. It was a little on the loud side, but the restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. Will definitely be going back next time I visit.

Probably one of the best seafood restaurants on the Gulf Coast. My wife loves the shrimp and grits. I've tried many of the seafood po-boys and all are delicious. We usually go at night and sit in Bozo II which has a full bar in addition to many dining tables. Just from our experience the table parry size seems to be smaller, pretty much adults and right next to the live music. The main restaurant is also fun, but seems more for families and large parties. We've done both, but it depends on the atmosphere we're looking for that particular night and how many people in our party. Same food available on both sides. If you're visiting or live anywhere near the area, this is a true gem you must try.
