Overall, I am satisfied with the service at this particular location. If I did have a complaint, or should I say a concern, it would be that some of the staff—not all, but some staff members—are inconsistent in service and professionalism.

I brought my 4 kids to eat lunch last week, and let me tell you..... The staff was so kind and helpful. We ate outside. It was a pretty day, not to mention clean and spacious. Every dish was exactly as ordered. Which means the world to moms :) Customer service was excellent. Impressive!!

Let it be known, I am a DoorDash/ Ubereats driver. This restaurant has in the past Three years Forgotten the customer's drink usually TEA Sixteen times
Order the Harvest Chicken SALAD, and they ring you up for a regular chicken salad sandwich. Check you receipt immediately, do not assume that they listened to your order properly.

They were adding food items to your order without telling you. I geuss this makes the tip go up because the lowest option for tip on the card machine is 15%. I had to tell them to give a refund on item, they said they did but it never showed back up in my account. Sneaky.. The food is expensive for what you get.

We had to wait an hour and see how they served other people since when we arrived it was empty and when we asked for a refund they only wanted to return half of the bill.As a Mexican, I got a very bad impression of this restaurant, in fact I even felt discriminated against.

Worst McAlister’s along the coast. The staff isn’t properly trained & they constantly get your order wrong. Either the cashier doesn’t ring up the order right or the people fixing the food doesn’t get it right. I like McAlisters food but this location can’t seem to get it right.

We order delivery a lot and every order we have received has been wrong. I even received a sandwich with a different name. They also charge an outrageous delivery fee for their service when the orders are incorrect 99% of the time.
