Lele and rj was so sweet to me i just got out the hospital and they showed exceptional hospitality and kamaiah these 3 showed excellent hospitality and workmanship. They were kind respectful and hey this my first time eating McCallisters. Lele helped me figure out the menu. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed comfortable and safe. The absolute worst mcalisters ever. And I worked at a pretty awful one. Left my food sitting for 20 min getting soggy after it was already done. Every single person was either talking or on their phone. They’re needs to be a serious rebrand of this place bc it’s a joke. Specifically the people there 10/19/25 around 2 pm

The first thing I noticed was how clean and fresh the restaurant was ( floors , tables, countertops)The young staff were friendly and I was greeted professionally and respectfully. They were very pleasant and friendly. The food was excellent and I did not wait long for it to be delivered to my table. Kudos to MGMT for creating a positive work environment for it's employees. I was so impressed at their friendliness and respectful attitudes. They truly seemed to enjoy their work place and demonstrated excellent customer service manners and respect. 10/09/25 evening shift(approx 7:30 pm)

I was super happy with my meal, distracted but excited by my date, overall wonderful experience. I had a pecan strawberry salad that was absolutely amazing (will order again) added to a club sandwich that generously hit the spot. The food was well put together and served in a timely manner. Made to order. There was a mix up on our ticket that was initially overlooked, corrected by staff, refunded immediately and brought to our attention. Honesty goes a 100mi. Shout-out to the staff that night. Awesome humans! 🥰 Super clean throughout the lobby. The kitchen wasn't super loud and it wasn't hard to get their attention, they were paying attention and greeted us immediately at the counter, and spoke to on our way out. When the meal arrived we had everything we needed. Ease of service. Kudos all the way around. Will return. I have to have that salad again. Looking forward to it. 😉
I ordered the ultimate nachos and spud max, neither were good. The nachos were stale, avacado had mold and there was barely any toppings. The chili was hot though. The sud was only max in size. It was a large overbaked potato with hardly anything on it.
