“First off, I'd like to say and should have said over a million times now, Mrs. Jessica, who takes the orders at the Drive-thru, has makes my experience at the Market Street Location the best ever for as long as she has been there. I stop in the mornings for breakfast. She always have a great attitude, professional, always kind and with a smile!! Just phenomenal! She gets customer service and deserves praise and many accolades! I REALLY HOPE THAT HER SKILLS AND PERFORMANCE DOES NOT GO UNNOTICED. In the past, there has been a hit and miss of employees with the consideration and skills needed to serve the public and most times I would leave aggravated and frustrated. This has been the best couple of months ever since Jessica! I love this young lady! SHE SHOULD BE THE FACE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! It truly irks me when people are in customer service or working with the public with non-existent people skills or consideration for that duty. I've worked in customer service and knows all too well how some customers can be but you still have to show forth professionalism and consideration. Even some of the managers there has lack it as well! I can say, this has been the best times lately. It was so bad once, I had to take a pause on going there.“
“These guys are busy, friendly, and fast and handled my unique order fast. No other McDs handle my order as well as these guys - I'm from out of town and visited here twice. That's the drive through. We had a 4-person order in addition to these 2 trips, and went inside for this. Took about 10 minutes and they got it all correct! I saw several online people come in while we were waiting. Hit the drive-thru if you're in a hurry. Seems like the online ordering was pretty timely, too.“
