This could be an awesome location if it could just do better business! I ordered the paradise Club and what I got was a grilled ham turkey and cheese that was very greasy on top of a garnish of greasy lettuce and a pickle with a side of their Paradise sauce and some ketchup and mustard. Now I don't know where they learned how to make a club sandwich but apparently it was the a different place than any other restaurant! The cost for this lackluster sandwich and a lemonade...
Food was excellent! I got the rueben sandwich and my wife got the chicken cordon Bleu. Service was sub par. You can't just sit down. You have to go to the back and order off of a small menu on the wall. They then give you cups to make your own drink and then you seat yourself. Looking at the bill, they charged a separate "service charge". I don't know what this is for since we didn't get much service.
Clearly a local hotspot dowtown for lunch. Right at lunchtime, a line formed and sandwichs started flying out of the kitchen. The staff was kind and helpful and the food was delicious. We had a burger and the club. Both were prepared fresh and tasted great. I'm sure I'll be back.
