This Starbucks Coffee Company in Gautier is a newly opened and very nice location with a pleasant atmosphere. The store is clean, modern, and offers ample parking. Customers appreciate the friendly and courteous staff, noting that the team is often kind, engaged, and eager to help. The store manager is praised for her positive attitude and hands-on approach, which contributes to a friendly environment. Many customers enjoy the convenience of placing orders through the app and using the drive-through, although some mention that wait times can be long, especially during busy hours, with wait times sometimes exceeding 10 to 20 minutes. The drive-through is often slower than expected, but it is hoped that with time, these issues will improve. Despite occasional delays, most reviews highlight that the drinks are usually made correctly and taste good, even if the taste varies slightly each time. The atmosphere inside the store is positive, and customers feel welcomed. Overall, the location is appreciated as a convenient and friendly spot for coffee, and it shows signs of ongoing improvement as the staff and management continue to work on providing better service.
