I had the $7 chicken tenders meal deal--3 tenders, fries, soda, and a kid's sundae. After paying for the food at the drive-thru window, we were told to pull down. After about five minutes or so, family went in to retrieve it. The ice cream, tenders, and soda was delicious. The fries was cold. The family had the cheeseburger meal deals. Their fries and burgers were cold, as well.

I came here today for a quick stop. I love Dairy Queen . I even worked for the franchise my first job in college. I always stop by here when I am this way. I wanted to make a point. I placed my order. No problem. 30 minutes later a simple 7 dollar meal the way it comes not brought to me. What irritated me is a couple came behind me. They got their food first . Then the lady that took my order made eye contact and went back to the kitchen. I had to go to the counter and explain...

The food was great and the young lady in drive-thru, Ashley, was awesome. Unfortunately, while the young lady was taking my order, another lady took over the mic and was very rude and impatient. I believe her name was Shirley. Very bad customer service.
