Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory/U-Swirl Frozen Yogurt

Very filthy and half of the flavors were out of stock.

Shucks, I’m really sad to be writing this because this used to be my favorite frozen yogurt spot. Lately, though, every time I come in, the place feels a little sticky and not as clean as it used to be, and most of the yogurt machines aren’t ready to use.

I came by about two weeks ago and wasn’t able to get anything because so many machines were down. I decided to give it another try today, and unfortunately it was the same situation. Several machines still weren’t ready, and not all of the toppings were even out.

It’s disappointing because I used to love coming here. I really hope things turn around because this place has so much potential and used to be one of my go-to treats.

1/4 of the frozen yogurt machines worked. The place is messy/dirty wuth crumbs and dirt everywhere. Service is offensively slow, and for the sinplicity and lack of effort the price is outrageous. I'd honestly go somewhere else if I had known, but alas I'm not from the area. Mississippi keeps disappointing however.

The frozen yogurt is decent, but incredibly expensive. My one cup of frozen yogurt was $16!

I have visited multiple times, because the internet says they are open until certain hours of the week, and they are typically always closed. Today for example, it says they close at 9:00pm and I arrived at 8:21 and lights were off and they were locked up. This is very disappointing when this happens multiple times in one month. It's my favorite chocolate store, but very rude service and workers, every time they do happen to be open.

Amazing service and place !! My friends and I stopped for hot chocolate and Brandon had great customer service!! He was very kind and friendly.

What's the point of being open if you have nothing to sell? Went in 3 days in a row and they only had two kinds of apples ready each time.

Serve yourself yogurt.
So love it.
Could have had more flavors available, but I was ok with what I got.
Here was the problem...

You make up your mind if its worth the trip and walk in the shopping center.

Walked in and a lady did not know what they were selling, asked what's a drip coffee and she said she doesnt know. I asked for a coffee and she said she's closing in an hour so they can't serve it.

The frozen yogurt has progressively gotten worse!

Absolutely delish!!! So many options to choose from covered apples, chocolates, coffees, frozen yogurt with endless toppings, they even sell dog treats that my sweet girl LOVES! Definitely recommend stopping by to get yourself a sweet treat!!
