Wrong Order slow service. And did not give me my change from a cash purchase. Had to leave for an emergency. Came back at a later time of the same day . They didn’t want to answer the call from the ordering stall . Ant there were only 2 people working the place . Wasn’t the only one to trying to get service . Guess the manager wasn’t on the premises.
On Sunday night I placed a mobile order at the sonic on Pearson road, got home and realized the cheese sticks I subbed for the fries on one combo were not in the bag. Ok, no big problem. I called (no I don’t know who I talked to) I spoke with whoever answered the phone, I told this person I had just left there and the cheese sticks I ordered weren’t in the back.
