“The manager Shelby did an absolutely fantastic job handling an issue we had with our order on 6/23 due to ownership change. The restaurant closed early so we weren’t able to get the food remade, but she was extremely helpful and worked with us to get things fixed the next day. Always have a great experience at this location and glad to have a manager that was willing to help on a crazy day. Thank you Shelby keep doing great!“

“I live an hour and a half away but come through Hattiesburg a couple times a week and always stop for coffee. Every person there has been overly nice and helpful except for tonight, the blonde young lady may need extra training on customer service.“

“I love this place, it’s truly a gem!! My mom would get me one when I was in icu in hospital and when I finally woke up it’s the first thing I could drink. I love love love there flavors and cold brew frappe coffee! Drink of the week taste awesome!! The customer service even better!
