While most of my family’s visits are alright, tonight as a treat we took the kids to get ice cream, and service was subpar. We waited over 25 minutes for melted milk shakes. What bothered us the most was the fact that the screen told us our order was on the way, more than 15 minutes before it arrived. Obviously, we were left wondering if our order was left sitting out for almost 20 minutes before we received it? No one wants to received cold food or melted ice cream. Perhaps...read full review
