I visit this Taco Bell almost every single day during the week. Excluding weekends . I order a chicken, soft taco supreme and a glass of tea.. the order is right about 40% of the time out of 5 days visiting it a week .. there is a particular African American very nice lady That works there between The Times I usually go and if she's there, my order is right!!..but if she's not there, it's not right 80% of the time!. This was an exceptional experience at Taco Bell, I just have to share it! As with most chain restaurants, one can pretty well expect one visit to be much like another. But, this food was especially fresh and tasty! The store associates were friendly and helpful. (which is becoming more uncommon!)If you are in the area, you should give these folks a visit!My photo is of a spicy potato soft taco, (my favorite). You can see how fresh it was.

This was at one time the best Taco Bell around. Since COVID things have went downhill. 2 out of the past 5 trips have ended with getting the wrong order. Once I ordered a bean burrito with just beans and cheese. I got a very stale tortilla with a very small portion of beans (3" long x 1/2" wide) and at most 10 individual sprinkles of cheese.I know they have been having issues with staffing and I imagine that has a lot to do with it. I really hope they get it together.
