We always eat at Phillip M's when we go to Philly. The food is always excellent, and the wine list id broad and reasonable. Phillip, the manger is always helpful with a wine selection. Highly reccommended!
This is the high end restaurant at the Pearl River Resort. I have been told They recently got a new chef. I have not been there since but it is high on my list. Check their times and be sure to make a reservation.

The service and the food were excellent! Steaks were cooked perfectly to order. Our sommelier was also wonderful. they were out of the bottle we requested and he provided an excellent alternative.
