All the employees were great...seriously. But Colby deserves extra praise for cheerfully assisting us with my father. What a fine young man! And thanks to Diane to came out to help us get in the car.
The nuggets had an acrid oil tasted and smell to them today, ordered at 12:15 p.m.. I forgot to ask for my receipt at the drive thru for a refund. Hopefully, another day they taste better.
Fries were hot and my burger was cold.

Wendy's offers good food, especially the Apple Pecan Salad, and excellent service in Philadelphia, MS. However, some customers complain about the dirty environment and unfriendly staff. Despite the long lines, many believe it's the best fast food restaurant around, with fresh and delicious food every time.
