i used to love the side order of hurricane fries here years ago an tonight i went through the drive through to get them an they were cold. i loved them so much i gave it multiple chances an the food is worse every time you go. :(
The first time we visited there our food was great. 2 times since then our food was burnt. We were told to pay for it the first time this happened, and then wait while the food was being remade by the kitchen staff. None of this made sense. The chairs are very uncomfortable and my elderly parents went outside to wait in the car. It's always too cold as well.

Sadly, the quality of some of the food has gone down. It's not as good as it was for the 1st couple of years. My wife loved their chicken fettuccine alfredo. It was creamy and full of flavor, but the past 2 times she's ordered, it has been nothing but noodles drowned in olive oil and some parmesan cheese. There isn't a drop of cream, and no flavor at all. the grease just pools around it. I really hope that the owner reads these reviews. It will be some time before we go back again....read full review
