By far the cleanest Popeyes I’ve been to in the entire country and the nicest staff I’ve ever encountered. I can’t understand how this place has less than four stars. I believe I had the trainee take my order today and she was amazing.

I placed a mobile order and came through the drive thru. I gave my name at the speaker and was told at the window to pull forward because it would be “less than 3 minutes.” After waiting around 20 minutes with no update, I finally blew my horn to get someone’s attention. When the manager came out, I found out my order had been sitting on a shelf the entire time. The food was cold, the drinks were watered down, and no one apologized or offered to remake anything. I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of communication and customer service was extremely disappointing.

This place has the worse everything the workers rude as they come and say stuff in the bag when clearly there’s not service sucks it’s the worse fast food place I’ve ever been to in my life garbage needs to be shut down or new workers that’s worth a damn
Do yourself a favor and drive to Wiggins if you want Popeyes. Chicken is Served cold, not spicy and most of the time they don’t have half their menu ready. I really don’t know how or why this place stays open. Consistently bad. Done !

I don't know who cooks the chicken at 12 or around 12-2 but they need a raise they are doing gods work. The 2 times I went the chicken was extremely juicy and flavorful better than picayune tasteless skin by far.

Night shift sucks! If you want your food in a timely manner DO NOT COME HERE!!! Took 5 minutes to take my order in drive through then get to the window to pay just to sit there for another 5 minutes before someone comes to ask what I ordered… didn’t have any mild legs so had to switch them to wings then got pulled to the second window to wait for the second thing I ordered to get cooked… been here for a good 20 minutes & my Order still hasn’t came out… with multiple people that were behind me getting their food with no problem & leavin! Terrible service I hope the food is decent at least….
