So Ive been dinning with Cuevas Fish House for years. I'm originally from the coast and have been going to y'all since a kid at the Picayune location..... I've seen y'all grow from having a location from the back of diamondhead by the golf Cart shop to y'all opening here in Purvis. It saddens me about my experience last night. The service was horrible, she was not attentive to my table. Possibly because the lack of servers at the moment. I've been in the restaurant industry for many years and last night unacceptable..... The menu online doesn't match or I was over charged for each item I purchased. I will come to this location to try it again. If this happens again I'll be complaining in person.

Lively atmosphere, it is a bit loud. The coleslaw is so good! I had the Combo Platter with stuffed crab and 2 fried filets. The crabs were little and the filets but both tasted very good. The hush puppies were really good too. Fries were crispy and abundant; think I'd have preferred less fries and more catfish though.

We had my son’s rehearsal dinner at Cuevas’s and it was amazing! The waitress that served us was on top of things and did such an amazing job! The food was great!! We all received our food in a timely manner and it was not cold! We highly recommend the fish house for any get together or party!

Great food and good service. Go early cause it gets busy.
Upon sitting Belinda came over to take our order and walked off without saying a word or taking a drink order because we were not ready. We only had 2 menus for a party of 6. Everything they serve is fried with the exception of the broiled catfish which I don't eat. Everything was greasy, fries were cold and the sever had a serious attitude problem. Brought me the wrong beverage and tried to argue so I took it dispite everyone at the table agreeing that's not what I ordered. When the food arrived she brought a child's portion and again argued that's what I ordered. Again everyone said no that's not what she ordered. She repeatedly threw items on the table and walked off. Belinda was quick to point out she works for her momma. I promise no other restaurant would allow that attitude on their floor. I guess it's a good thing she works for her momma because she doesn't belong working in customer service. Will not go back EVER!!! "
