The food and service at this location are both TERRIBLE. you walk in to rap music blaring, employees bashing other customers out loud, vulgar language etc. The ONLY good thing about this place is one employee, Edmund. After having an order wrong, I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager, âdaijshaâ, and you could clearly hear her in the background saying she âainât talking to nobody right nowâ. After sitting on hold for 25 mins, she never came to the phone. Unprofessional. Hopefully Mr Magee will see this since he failed to respond the message sent to him directly. All in all, this place needs to either be closed down, or hire all new employees. Theyâre a terrible representation of the Dominos name.

Tried to order delivery told me the store was closed so tried pickup said store closed i tried to call several times no one answered so I thought I will drive up there to see if they are closed they were open well kinda stood at the counter for 5 min while the employees were playing cutting up throwing food around so walked out and took my business elsewhere

I highly suggest going to the one in Columbia. The one in Purvis does not deserve 1 star. Save your money. Do not go to this Domino's. The staff is very rude. I wish the Pizza Hut was still nearby.

My guy just picked us up 2 medium stuffed crust pepperoni pizzas to try. Must say IT'S AWESOME! Thank you Domino's! Highly recommended!

Do NOT recommend. Service is pretty terrible at this location. Maybe because it's in a gas station. Always takes too long. Order says completed at 7:15 pm and was handed pizza at 7:54 pm. 5-6 workers visible yet food isn't getting out. Pretty sure my order was given to vehicle in front of me and they had to completely remake my order but didn't tell me. Extremely unprofessional and will not be returning. I'd rather get pizza somewhere else or even drive all the way to Hattiesburg than go to this Purvis location again.

Their pizza is always exactly how I order it. They have a p/u drive thru so you don't have to get out & go inside.
We ordered a large pizza with sausage, chicken, pepperoni, and bacon. We did not get the bacon or chicken on our pizza. And by the time we noticed anything we were at home and didnât want to make that 15 minute drive back. On top of that the pizza wasnât even hot and we were in purvis at the shell when we made the order.

About half the time they wonât have what you want in stock. When they do have it in stock itâs a 50-50 shot. Tonight it was pasta that has some kind of room temperature Alfredo sauce poured on it and it was disgusting. I threw it away. Tonightâs the last straw. Combine that with the fact that if you actually walk in the place, itâs disgusting, then itâs all around bad news. Donât waste your money here. Itâs too much of a gamble and is food poisoning waiting to happen.
