Every time we come to this one lately there is always an issue. They either forget things or are rude to us. This time my husband stopped on his way home to order tenders in the drive thru and was told you can not order only tenders in the drive thru that he would have to come in for that. Makes absolutely no sense and I do believe this will be our last time trying to eat here.

I’ve been here several times because let’s face it there’s nothing to choose from in Purvis. Literally every time I go my order is either wrong, I get a bag of cold dried up okra or I’m charged really wrong. I ordered a large sweet tea last week and was charged for a gallon and didn’t realize until I left. It’s always something. I went there this morning, and the lady at the drive thru that took my order and gave me my food was SO RUDE!!!!!!!! I’ve never in my life. It was like I was irritating her to be there and causing her to have to work. She didn’t say thank you nothing just slammed the window. This place is horrible!!!

Place does not close til 11pm went there at 10pm! Dude told me the only thing available is salad ,a few rolls and something esle! I was like nvmd!!! Should closed already 🙄. Wasted my time pulling up!!

Went there at night, they were completely out of all chicken but fried legs and thighs. For a place that focuses on all things chicken, we were severely disappointed they didn't have anything that we came there for. It was easier for the employee to tell me what they did have than what they didn't. Not a great first experience at Golden Chick on Purvis, MS.

Heard the fish was great went to Purvis he said was frozen so was going to Hattiesburg stop at the one on 98 he took my 18 dollars then told me no ice and was out of fish so I paid 18 for 2 legs and a thigh I understand now why it's never anyone at them when you pass by

Stopped in around 7pm on a Monday, wanting to try Golden Chick for the first time. Only customer in the building and no one in the drive thru. No employee was in sight. Ordered using kiosk and still waited forever. Extremely small portions for the price. The food was the only thing good. Can't recommend this particular location. Pictured is my $7 -2 tender with gravy, tenders are roughly 3inches

First time in. I was surprised by the number of choices, including chicken salad.
But they were out of jalapeño poppers... and just plain ole jalapeños.
And the table was dirty. And the seat.
The trash was overflowing (barely), but the worker was sitting on his thumb, face in his cellphone.

The last 3-4 times we’ve been they were out of roasted chicken, chicken tenders, or the ice cream machine wasn’t working and if we wanted regular chicken we would have to wait 15-20 minutes they were an awesome place to eat when they first opened but now it’s not even worth trying
I asked for an 8 peice meal. They Didn't have enough fried chicken to at noon with one other customer in the building to make the order, they offered to give me roasted, so I said roasted would be cool. 2 breasts, 2 legs and 4 front quarters for 33$.
First and last time to go to that joint.

Decent food , showed up when they were open at 7AM and there was no one inside , door was open and everything. ,, this is an edit, decided to give them another chance showed up for breakfast at 7:30 , AGAIN ,nobody was there , open sign was on, not coming back. Y'all need to hire some people.

Well went to try for the first time went through the drive thru and while order was asked if we wanted grilled or fried we chose grilled but then was immediately told they were currently out of grilled strike 1 then asked what sauce we wanted so we chose honey mustard to only discover when we got home they didn't give us no sauce and on top of that they gave us 4 tiny strips that taste like they have been under a warmer for hours and no even hot and 4 small wings that were cold more than likely will not be returning to this location

The 3 times I've tried to go there had a similar experience, I got no response at the drive through, so I decided to go in. One employee trying to do everything, another person eventually showed up. No concern for doing work. My food was cold and I didn't get it all. Didn't get my rolls or my additional side i ordered. My fault for hoping it would be better, but never again.
